  • Short shorts –  it’s essential to grip the pole with your thighs at times
  • Runners for the warm up
  • Your favourite pair of heels for the rest of your pole class, or you can also wear flat shoes if you prefer as long as they are not rubber soled (too much grip)
  • Socks are also good!
