Sorting out the payments for a Wicked Hens party has never been easier. Gone are the days of transferring to your girlfriend’s account and keeping an excel spreadsheet with who has paid and who hasn’t paid. Did Jess really transfer the extra $20 for nibbles? Who knows?!

We have a custom made system, built by the techsperts to make Wicked Hens payments easy for everyone, even the mother in law will be able to use it!

So how do it work?

  • When you have paid your holding fee the next step is to add your guests to the guest list via the online party portal.

  • As soon as a guest is added, our system then sends them a text and an email with an interactive link.

  • Your guest can click on the link, it will prompt them to create an account, confirm their attendance and pay their share.

  • Guests can choose to pay in full or pay in instalments.

  • We accept credit and debit card payments including Mastercard, Visa and AMEX, or Poli.

Now that your guests have created an account, they will be able to see the quote and the itinerary once it is released!

How do I know who has paid?

Click on the guest list and it will show you the list of guests and how much each individual has paid. The system will send text messages and email reminders to those who haven’t paid so you don’t have to do a thing!

No need to chase up those people you haven’t met!

When is full payment due?

Full payment is due 28 days before the event.

I want to pay one lump sum for everyone, can I do this?

If you want to do it the old school way, collect the money yourself and pay in one lump sum for everyone this is fine too! Just let your party planner know.

Can we all cover the hen’s share of the party?

The system can spread your hen’s share of the party across the group meaning she won’t need to pay a thing! Let your party planner know if you want to select this option.

My holding fee was more than my share, will I get the overpayment back?

You sure will! We will ask for your details the week of the event and transfer the overpayment back to you.
