What's Included

To ensure you have the best Paddle boarding experience, we provide the following:

  • Stand Up Paddle Board hire (two sizes available)
  • Safety Briefing + Instruction
  • All equipment (PFD – personal flotation device and SUP & paddle)
  • Toilet and change rooms onsite
  • Sunscreen
What to Bring

Remember, there’s a chance you may fall off your Paddle board or get wet, so we suggest you bring the following:

  • Clothes that will get wet
  • Spare change of clothes
  • No shoes required
  • Hat, sunscreen and sunglasses
  • Towel
  • Water bottle
What to Expect

This is a day of fun in the sun with your friends! The good news is that for Paddle boarding, you don’t need experience – a full safety briefing is given to you prior to you and your girlfriends setting off on this water adventure. so, take your time and soak up the beauty of nature, and if you want to jump into the water, by all means do so. Just remember to bring back your board!
